Let’s practice our faith and grow closer to Jesus during Lent 2025, beginning Sunday March 9, 2025.
Join people from Lutheran Churches around Michigan as we explore and try out a variety of spiritual practices outlined in the book Wake Up to Wonder by Karen Marsh.
What to do:
1. Pick up your free copy of Wake Up to Wonder at LCM, Starting Sunday February 9.
2. Each week will focus on a few practices so read along.
3. Sundays a Council member will share their experience with one of the practices
4. Wednesdays one of the practices will be incorporated in our evening worship
5. Each week there will be 7 different opportunities (you only need to go to one) to meet via Zoom with others as you explore the practices (see the website for all the links)
6. Saturday March 22 9am to noon Karen Marsh will be at LCM leading a workshop on the practices (sign up in the narthex)
7. Sunday March 23 Karen Marsh will be preaching at LCM and sharing during Sunday School
